He has worked as Assistant Manager, Training & Development, at ITC Ltd., Senior Consultant (HRD) at Lovelock & Lewes, Manager, Training & Development, at BOC India Ltd., and Vice-President - HRD at Vickers Systems International Ltd., part of the $ 9 billion Eaton Corporation.
Sanjib Basu is an accredited group facilitator with professional membership of the Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science (1991), and certification from the NTL Institute, USA (1993).
